Simulation Data
The BedForce simulation engine runs entirely within your browser. All inputs — including bed counts, patient volumes, acuity settings, and scenario parameters — are processed locally on your device using JavaScript.
- No simulation inputs are transmitted to BedForce servers
- No simulation outputs or reports are stored by BedForce
- No patient-identifiable information is ever requested or accepted by the platform
- Configuration exports (.json) are saved directly to your device
- Report downloads (.txt, .json) are generated locally and saved to your device
Waitlist & Email Communication
When you join our waitlist, your email address and any optional information you provide is collected and stored securely. We use this information to:
- Notify you when BedForce launches or reaches key milestones
- Share product updates, pricing, and early access opportunities
- Respond to inquiries you initiate
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting technology.

Data Retention
Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We do not retain simulation data because none is collected. If BedForce ceases operations, waitlist data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

HIPAA Notice

The current browser-only architecture means BedForce does not qualify as a covered entity or business associate. No BAA is required or offered for the current platform.
